U.S. Navy Petty Officer 3rd Class Jacob R. Birtola, right, helps elementary school students build a sand castle March 25 during a community relations event at the Haneulggum Ji Yeok Adong Center in Pohang, Republic of Korea. U.S. Marines and sailors volunteered to go to the center to teach the students English through playful interaction.
