A C-130 from the 144th Airlift Squadron is the last aircraft to leave the ramp on the base Feb. 12, 2011. Eleven aircraft from the 176th Wing were flown from Kulis to Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson during a ceremonial flight. The Wing is relocating from Kulis to JBER per the 2005 Defense Base Realignment and Closure proposal. (National Guard photo by Master Sgt. Shannon Oleson)
