An Iraqi child does push-ups for patrol leader Sgt. Karter Elliott. Marine Wing Support Squadron 274 regularly visits the child's family during security patrols to check in and give them food, water and small gifts. Elliott believes that a strong bond with the children will lead to a successful future for Iraq.
