Maj. Gen. Charles Gorton passes the 81st Regional Support Command "Wildcat" colors to Command Sgt. Maj. Roxanne Castille during a casing ceremony held on Sept. 21, 2008, in Birmingham, Ala. The 81st RRC will move to Fort Jackson, S.C., and be re-established as the 81st Regional Support Command.
