Spc. Adam Spoerle grabs a hold of a parabolic dish with a redline antennae as Sgt. Joseph Chavis helps from below, on Joint Base Balad, Sept. 6th, 2008. The satellite set up will provide a new way to enable the inner connectivity between existing Internet Protocol connections with radio frequency communications. In order to bring the dish up to the top of the tower the soldiers run the satellite through a pulley system.
