Army Sgt. Ronnie C. Wilson, an aircraft powerplant repairer for the 1107th Theater Aviation Sustainment Maintenance Group, 143rd Sustainment Command (Expeditionary), 1st Theater Sustainment Command, screws a cap on a T700-GE-701D engine March 17, 2014, at Patton Army Airfield in Camp Arifjan, Kuwait. The 1107th TASMG is authorized to perform depot level maintenance on up to 100 T700-GE-701D engines that power UH-60 Black Hawk and AH-64 Apache helicopters. By conducting these major repairs in theater, the 1107th TASMG has saved the U.S. government more than $27 million since November 2013.
