The two soldiers have just finished descending the training tower on Camp Victory, Iraq, for a familiarization climb on Aug. 23, 2008. Hill and Chavis are part of a cable team training to install Internet Protocol Radio satellites on top of towers to improve military communications in the Iraqi theater of operations.
