Djiboutian army Cpl. Youssouf Afgada Said, right, embraces U.S. Marine Corps Maj. Heath Ruppert during a reunion at Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti, on March 24, 2014. Youssouf was one of a group of four Djiboutian soldiers who rescued Ruppert and Susan Craig, a former Marine Corps pilot, following the Feb. 16, 2006, crash of two U.S. Marine Corps CH-53 helicopters off the coast of Djibouti, which killed 10 of the 12 personnel aboard.
