Chris Shepherd will retire from government service on March 21 after spending 11 years as the Joint Enabling Capabilities Command’s (JECC) Executive Director. Shepherd served 24 years in the U.S. Army, retiring as a colonel in 2002, before beginning his career as a government civilian and ultimately a member of the Senior Executive Service.
