U.S. Air Force Master Sgt. Christopher E. Hurst, security forces specialist with the 182nd Security Forces Squadron, demonstrates to a participant with the Peoria Area Chamber of Commerce's Community Leadership School how to get achieve a sight picture with a firearm at the 182nd Airlift Wing in Peoria, Ill., Feb. 28, 2014. Approximately 42 CLS participants visited the Illinois Air National Guard base to hear wing leadership speak about leadership in the military. They also toured the bases C-130 Hercules hangar and saw hands-on displays of weapons, aircrew flight gear, and equipment used by battlefield Airmen. The Peoria Area Chamber of Commerce's Community Leadership School participated in the community relations tour as part of its mission to inspire a higher level of community awareness in the development of community leaders.
