Boor, commanding general of the Army Reserve’s 99th Regional Support Command, brief congressional staff members Feb. 24 during a tour of the joint Combat Support Training Exercise hosted by the Army Reserve's 78th Training Division at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, N.J. The staff-delegation tour was designed to highlight the Army Reserve's capabilities as an operational force and the importance of maintaining these capabilities into the future.
