Navy Seaman Mike Lusk prepares a lens as part of a free spectacles program for medically underserved patients attending Cajun Care 2014 in Abbeville, La., Feb. 27. Lusk is an optician from the Naval Ophthalmic Support and Training Command in Yorktown, Va. About 120 Air National Guard and Navy medical and dental personnel are providing care to civilians as part of the Department of Defense's Innovative Readiness Training Program, which is in its 20th year.
