During a recent change of command ceremony, Air Force Col. Robert Menard (left), Defense Contract Management Agency Middle East commander, passes DCMA Kuwait’s organizational colors to Army Lt. Col. Kelley McIntyre. McIntyre assumed command of DCMA Kuwait from the outgoing commander, Air Force Lt. Col. Jonathan Sorbet (not shown). McIntyre also assumed command of DCMA Iraq as part of the regional consolidation.
