U.S. Marine Brig. Gen. Richard L. Simcock speaks with U.S. Army Maj. Alejandro Buniag after a dedication ceremony Feb. 18 at the Wattatakian School as part of Exercise Cobra Gold 2014 in Phitsanulok, Kingdom of Thailand. During the exercise, four schools were constructed throughout Thailand. CG 14, in its 33rd iteration, demonstrates the U.S. and the Kingdom of Thailand's commitment to their long-standing alliance and regional partnership, prosperity and security in the Asia-Pacific region. Buniag is the deputy commander of the Combined Joint Civil Military Operations Task Force. Simcock is the deputy commanding general of Marine Corps Forces, Pacific.
