Major Gen. Retired Edward L. Trobaugh, former 82nd Airborne Division commander, wishes Carl Paul, a World War II Veteran and former first sergeant, a happy 101st birthday Jan. 15, 2014 at the American Lake Veterans Campus, in Lakewood, Wash.
