Cav unit gets more gear rolling from Texas to California

A soldier assigned to the 91st “Saber” Brigade Engineer Battalion, 1st “Ironhorse” Brigade Combat Team, 1st Cavalry Division, guides an M1068 Standard Integrated Command Post System track vehicle onto an 18-wheeler flatbed truck during line haul operations, a process to ship equipment and vehicles by truck, Jan. 29, at Fort Hood, Texas. In preparation for the upcoming rotation to the National Training Center, Soldiers began loading more than 60 vehicles and more than 40 shipping containers onto civilian flatbed trucks for the long haul to Fort Irwin, Calif.
