SAMC reaches out to Bel-Air High JROTC

Staff Sgt. Edward Garibay, a member of the Paso Del Norte Chapter, Fort Bliss Sergeant Audie Murphy Club, hands uniforms to Junior Reserve Officers' Training Corps cadets Jan. 24 at Bel-Air High School in El Paso, Texas. The uniforms were donated to Bel-Air cadets by the local SAMC chapter.
