People's Liberation Army members, Royal Thai Air Force members, U.S. Marines and local officials raise a pillar at a ceremony for the Wattatakian School Jan. 27 during exercise Cobra Gold 2014 in Phitsanulok, Kingdom of Thailand. CG 14 participants conduct engineering civic assistance projects, cooperative health engagement, and other civil-military activities in the Kingdom of Thailand to strengthen relationships with the local community while enhancing individual component operational readiness.
