Newly promoted U.S. Army Pfc. Kyle Steeves of Guilford, Maine, gets his new rank placed on his chest Jan. 23, 2014, at Forward Operaing Base Fenty. Maj. Gen. James McConville, commander, 101st Airborne Division promoted Steeves during a ceremony on FOB Fenty.
