Soldiers with the 78th Troop Command competed in the Best Warrior Competition Jan. 10-12. Command Sgt. Maj. John Smiley, 78th TC, congratulates Spc. Matthew Segars, a musician with the 116th Army Band, who won top honors for junior enlisted at the 78th TC’s Best Warrior Competition. Segars has been in the Georgia Army National Guard for more than a year and said he enjoyed firing weapons he had never touched before and had some advice for next year’s competition.
