The Army & Air Force Exchange Service Deputy Director Maj. Gen. Joseph Ward (left) hands Staff Sgt. Bud Moore, retired, an official Dallas Cowboys football signed by players and staff of the football organization. Moore, 86, a veteran of World War II and the Korean War, exercises almost every weekday at 6 a.m. in the Exchange headquarters gym. Moore is an avid Cowboys fan and is known throughout the Exchange as “the Mayor of the Gym.”
