A Marine Combat Instructor of Water Survival provides Marines guidance on treading water during their annual swim qualification aboard Camp Pendleton, Calif., Jan. 13, 2014. During the training, Marines wore camouflage utilities while executing multiple tasks, including a 25-meter swim, jumping off a 25-foot tower, treading water for five minutes, and taking off a combat load while sub-surfaced.
