Members of Mobile Assault Platoon, Regimental Combat Team 5, known as Grizzly Mobile, escort two detainees after searching their vehicles in al-Anbar province, Iraq, July 27, 2008. Marines with Grizzly Mobile usually conduct escort missions for RCT-5 personnel, but they recently assisted 2nd Light Armored Reconnaissance Battalion with operations. Most of the Marines with Grizzly Mobile are infantry Marines with previous combat experience. While working with 2nd LAR Bn., Grizzly Mobile apprehended several detainees, one of whom turned out to be wanted for insurgent activity.
