Sgt. 1st Class David Stover, Training and Doctrine Command, was the 2013 Drill Sergeant of the Year and he was asked to speak at the 2014 U.S. Army All American Bowl about what it takes to be successful and how important dedication is to success. Stover said he enjoyed being able to affect the future generation and believes that the All-American Bowl will help the participants grow on and off the field. (U.S. Army Reserve photo by Pfc.
