Dewayne Hendrix, a native of O'Fallon, IL, and Orlando Brown Jr., a native of Suwanee, GA, practice defensive drills during the second day of practice for the Semper Fidelis All-American Bowl at Fullerton College in Fullerton, Calif., Jan. 2. Hendrix is a defensive end for the East team. Brown, who is already committed to the University of Tennessee, is an offensive tackle for the East team. The Semper Fidelis All-American Bowl brings together 90 high school athletes from across the country who have demonstrated success both on and off the field. The bowl will bring selected players together with U.S. Marines and high school football coaches to develop skills not only important to football, but throughout life, such as leadership, self-confidence and teamwork. The 2014 Semper Fidelis All-American Bowl will be held on Jan. 5 at 6 p.m. in Carson, Calif. The game will be played at the StubHub Center and aired live on Fox Sports 1.
