Santa's helpers arrived in the form of soldier and song at the Atlanta History Center, Saturday. The Georgia Army National Guard's 116th Army Band were featured at the Veteran's Park serenading visitors during the annual holiday program aptly named The Holiday Spirit. Having only joined the band two months ago, Spc. Jada Washington, a music performance major at Columbus State University also found herself as a featured performer during the band's state holiday tour and has only one Christmas wish, "to make it through basic training."
