Roger Parrino, a law enforcement professional with 3rd Battalion, 4th Marine Regiment, Regimental Combat Team 5, questions an Iraqi, Aug. 20, 2008, in Hit, Iraq, about an incident that occurred in the area. Parrino, 47, has used his 21 years of law enforcement experience to assist the battalion throughout their combat deployment. He has taught Marines about rule of law, detainee handling, tactical questioning, patrol observations, and sensitive-site exploitation.
