Army Maj. Fredrick Keller, supervisory instructor pilot, Headquarters Company, 1st Attack Reconnaissance Battalion of the 130th Aviation Regiment of the North Carolina National Guard, teaches students in the Student Targeted for Achievement through Redirection (STAR) Academy about the capabilities of helicopters that pilots use at the Army Aviation Support Facility in Morrisville, N.C.
