Brig. Gen. Kevin A. Leonard, the commanding general for the 1st Sustainment Command, entrusts Lt. Col. Charles E. Newbegin, the incoming commander for the Special Troops Battalion, 1st TSC, with the battalion colors during a change of command ceremony at the 1st TSC memorial site, August 8, 2008. Newbegin replaces Lt. Col. Sherrie L. Bosley, who served as the battalion commander for the 1st TSC since its transformation from the 1st Corps Support Command April 2006.
