BAGHDAD, Iraq -- Iraqi citizens prepare to cut the ribbon to commemorate the opening of a kitchen at the Wisam Almajd Club for Sport of the Disabled, a recreation center that was built by community leaders along with the U.S. Army. The 448th Civil Affairs Brigade has made improving the sports club an ongoing project.
