Sgt. Mark Tonini repacks rope inside the throwable personal flotation device. This PFD is designed to be thrown to a person in the water and grasped and held by the user until rescued. Tonini and other Soldiers with Battery E 139th Field Artillery, Indiana National Guard, went through swift-water rescue training at Camp Atterbury.
