  • Army ROTC students from the United States take a quick moment to celebrate during the Army Cadet Command’s ROTC Cultural Understanding and Language Program (CULP) to Moldova. The CULP is one of many ways the North Carolina National Guard seeks to partner with Moldova - the organization’s State Partnership Program partner. It was the first time the program was utilized. The program included four cadre and 29 ROTC students, and immersed the cadets into the Moldovan culture and language over a three-week period.
