Masters of resilience strengthen Korea

U.S. Army soldiers, civilians and family members from around the Korean peninsula pose for a group photo during the Army Master Resilience Training course held on Yongsan, Seoul, South Korea, Nov. 4-15. The 10-day MRT course is the foundation for training resilience skills and serves as one of the pillars of the Comprehensive Soldier Fitness program for U.S. Army soldiers, civilians and family members to be better able to help others cope with adversity, perform better in stressful situations, and thrive in life.
