Jessica Gaines, a personal trainer, professional physique-class bodybuilder and Army spouse, works out at a Fort Hood-area gym Nov. 6, 2013, with the help of her husband, Sgt. Maj. Jessica, a Newark, N.J., native, earned her professional status in May, and in addition to being a mother of two, she said being a military spouse means "wearing multiple hats" with a lot of multi-tasking being involved.
