Maj. Gen. John R. O’Connor, the commanding general of the 21st Theater Sustainment Command, receives a tour of service members’ and civilians’ living accommodations during a visit with the Multinational Battle Group-East Nov. 8. The 21st TSC’s responsibilities in the region include oversight, maintenance and accountability of property; provision of technical assistance through staff assistance visits; postal operations; and assumption of general courts-martial convening authority. Its commanding general serves as the executive general officer for force protection in MNBG-E’s United Nations’ mission in Camp Bondsteel, Kosovo.
