Steve Skory troubleshoots a fuel quantity tester at Fairchild Air Force Base, Wash., Nov. 5, 2013. Skory is a 92nd Maintenance Squadron Precision Measurement Equipment Laboratory electric technician and a Manistee, Mich., native. Maintenance uses these testers by inserting a probe into the fuel tank to ascertain how much fuel is in the tank.
