Kimberly Chaffin, a health care specialist with Company C, 703rd Brigade Support Battalion, 4th Infantry Brigade Combat Team, 3rd Infantry Division, and a native of Elk Grove, Calif., receives an Army Commendation Medal from the 4th IBCT commander, Col.
