U.S. Army Staff Sgt. Raymond Schultz, 247th Military Police Detachment, Non-Commissioned Officer in Charge, office of Military Police Investigations carries the joint services Special Olympics Torch leading close to 130 military service members representing law enforcement agencies across the services. For the past 10 years, law enforcement agencies on island have participated in the torch run to for Special Olympics to follow the tradition that started in 1981 in the United States.
