Members of the Romanian Army, distinguished guests, and members of the U.S. forces, observe a religious ceremony during a remembrance for fallen soldiers held at Mihail Kogalniceanu, Romania, Oct. 25, 2013. Attending this ceremony is just another way that U.S. service members maintain and further strengthen a close and solid relationship with their partner nations in the region.
