‘Black Jack’ Brigade holds remembrance ceremony for fallen trooper

Maj. Gen. Anthony Ierardi (right), the 1st Cavalry Division commanding general, expresses his condolences to family members of 1st Lt. While serving as a combat engineer platoon leader in Hasan Karez, Afghanistan, Togi died of injuries suffered Aug. 26, 2013, when enemy forces attacked his vehicle with an improvised explosive device.
