Philippine Air Force airmen and U.S. Marines discuss the air traffic navigation, integration and coordination system at Clark Air Field, Pampanga, Republic of the Philippines Oct. 4 during Amphibious Landing Exercise 2014. PHIBLEX 14 is a bilateral training exercise designed to improve interoperability and to enhance the ability for a bilateral force to respond to natural disasters or other regional contingencies.
