Staff Sgt. Martin Reynolds, squad leader, Company B, 10th Combat Support Hospital, provides medical care to simulated casualty Sgt. A total of 185 EFMB candidates, including officers, noncommissioned officers, and soldiers from Fort Carson, Fort Huachuca, Ariz., Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Wash., and Fort Riley, Kan., participated in the event, with seven completing the course
