Hans Hulsebos talks with Petty Officer 3rd Class Justyn Carage about the appropriate procedures for preparing a patient for medical evacuation from Sabit Qadam's Battalion Aid Station Sept. 19. Hulsebos has corpsmen stabilize patients for transport and has corpsmen prepare them for the next echelon of care at follow-on medical facilities.
