Kay Jackson, the aunt of Spc. Christopher Fox, speaks during the memorialization ceremony in Millington, Tenn. On Sept. 14, the Tactical Equipment Maintenance Facility was renamed in Fox's honor. Fox was killed in action on Sept. 29, 2008, in Adamiyah, Iraq.
