Command Sgt. Maj. Richard D. Raby, of Okmulgee, Okla., passes the unit colors of the 120th Engineer Battalion to outgoing commander Col. Jackie R. Ritter, of Tulsa, Okla., during the unit's change of command ceremony on Sunday. As a time-honored tradition in the Army, the outgoing commander passes onto the new unit commander. Lt. Col. Mark W. Clifton, of Edmond, Okla., assumed command of the engineer battalion, followed by a change of responsibility with Sgt. Maj. James J. Ivy, of Newcastle, Okla., aking the role of the unit's new sergeant major.
