CSM Foley assumes responsibility for 108th ADA BDE

Col. Edward J. O’Neill, commander, 108th Air Defense Artillery Brigade passes the NCO sword to Command Sgt. Maj. James W. Foley during a change of responsibility ceremony held here Sept. 4. The passing of the NCO sword is in keeping with Army tradition to show the command sergeant major may change, but the sword remains razor sharp.
