Sgt. 1st Class Dan Pocaigue, battle noncommissioned officer for Delta Company, 1st Battalion, 294th Infantry Regiment, Guam Army National Guard, sings in praise during a rededication ceremony of Camp Stone’s troop medical clinic in Herat Province, Afghanistan. The ceremony honored Navy Petty Officer 2 Anthony Carbullido, a Guam resident who was killed 2008 and for whom the clinic is named.
