    SGT Omar Torres from Waterbury, Connecticut, an infantryman and sniper with HHC, 2nd Battalion 2nd Infantry, destroys an enemy sniper in a position 1200 meters into the city. SPC James Taylor, a cavalry scout from Munday, Texas, acts as spotter using the Long Range Advanced Scout Surveillance System (LRAS).
