MyNavy Career Center (MNCC) Human Resources Service Center (HRSC) Contact Center Site Lead Collin Dulaney assisted retired Chief Petty Officer Reynaldo Bernardo's family to fulfill his wish of interment in Arlington National Cemetery after he passed away in February 2023. The cemetery discovered an issue with Bernardo's DD Form 214, or Certificate of Release or Discharge from Active Duty. Dulaney helped correct Bernardo's DD-214 within five days, ensuring his interment on June 20, 2023.
