An exhibit at the National Museum of the United States Air Force (NMUSAF), Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Dayton, Ohio, portrays Lt. Col. Jimmy Doolittle as he and members of his crew make ready for a daring mission to bomb Tokyo, April 15, 2010. The occasion will be remembered during a reunion. The Doolittle Raiders’ 68th reunion commemorates the anniversary of the Doolittle Tokyo Raid, April 18, 1942, when U.S. Army Air Forces Lt. Col. Jimmy Doolittle’s squad of 16 B-25 Mitchells bombed targets in retribution for the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor. Produced by Senior Airman Jason T. Baily.
